We design and implement the governance framework for Nour Attorneys Law Firm, ensuring its long-term stability, alignment with ESG principles, and continuity of business in all circumstances.
Key Functions:
- Develop and oversee the corporate governance structure.
- Implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks.
- Create and manage crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Ensure accountability and transparency across the organization.
